Expo Truck rental for events

Expo truck rental: a mobile showroom that stands out

Looking for a flexible, professional solution that grabs attention in the city or at an event? An expo truck gives you a mobile meeting place that stands out. It's the right choice for companies that want their own space for sampling, demos, meetings, product displays, sales or brand activation.

The truck works as a mobile showroom, and you decide how it's used and designed. Set it up as a showroom, a rolling trade fair stand or a promotion truck, depending on what your campaign needs.

Perfect for

• Trade shows and festivals

• Roadshows and tours

• In-store campaigns

• Corporate events and client meetings

• Product displays, demos and sales

• Sampling and brand activation

Designed around your brand

The expo truck can be branded with anything from cut logos to a full wrap, so the whole vehicle becomes part of your visual identity. We can also do custom builds inside, for example to create a space for demos, meetings or product displays that fits your concept.

From the first idea to final delivery, we work with you to make sure every detail reflects your brand and the goal of the activation.

Delivery, transport and driver

We always handle delivery and pickup. For insurance and safety reasons, and to make sure everything runs smoothly, Eventgaraget always provides transport and a driver when needed.

Need more than the vehicle? We are based in Stockholm and run activations across the Nordics and Europe, and we can add on-site staff, project management, packaging and print, plus photo and video content. Through Eventgaraget you can also add games, photo booths, popcorn carts and DJ setups.
