Retro Van rental for events

Retro van hire for events and brand campaigns

Want to create something that stands out and stays in people's memories? Our retro van, an iconic Volkswagen fire truck from the 80s, is the perfect choice. With its bold design and retro feel, complete with sirens, a ladder and sliding doors on both sides, it works for a wide range of activations.

The roof has been reinforced, so you can do impressive things up there too, such as a DJ set or a large product replica.

Perfect for

• Festivals

• Corporate events

• Marketing events and campaigns

• Product launches

• Handing out products in the city

Fully wrapped in your colours and message

The entire van can be fully wrapped in your colours and message. You can also start simpler with cut logos, or go all the way with custom builds inside so the vehicle becomes a complete brand experience on wheels.

Brands that have used our Retro Van

KICKS rented the retro van, a Volkswagen LT83, together with the agency JUNG for a campaign in Stockholm. We wrapped the outside, the inside, the roof and the integrated bar counter. For three days KICKS drove around Stockholm handing out products directly to consumers, and the van spent an extra day visiting influencers around the city.

Delivery, transport and driver

We always handle delivery and pickup. For insurance and safety reasons, and to make sure everything runs smoothly, Eventgaraget always provides transport and a driver when needed.

Need more than the vehicle? We are based in Stockholm and run activations across the Nordics and Europe, and we can add on-site staff, project management, packaging and print, plus photo and video content. Through Eventgaraget you can also add games, photo booths, popcorn carts and DJ setups.
